My journey to becoming a “Freelance Mom”.

My name is Noemi Vergara, I’m a Freelance Mom. And a mother of 2 boys. My family is one of my priorities. They are so special and precious to me.

It’s natural for us Mom’s to always think of a better way to help our Family especially in times of need. As the Pandemic goes on, the Struggle is Real, Most of the Head of the Family losses their job, their Business has stopped, and even got sick and depress because of the situation. Many of us Mom’s think about “ How to help our family in Financial status and Stability”? Learn Virtual Services, and get a Job.

It’s not always been easy for me to decide on becoming a Freelance Mom because my youngest son has a Disability and he needs full attention and assistance in terms of taking care of himself. Plus the fact that for us Mom’s, we have Tons of workload in our own home. It’s never-ending.

Problems I mostly encountered while being a Freelance Mom:

• Daily Chores.

• Time Management.

• Lack of Self-motivation.

• Longer Working Hours.

You wont regret working from home with your family.

Tips and solution to the problems of Freelance Mom:

• First things first. Create a to-do list. Do first the Major chores before the non-major tasks.

• Make a scheduled plan of your work ahead of time and stick to it on a regular basis. No matter what. You have to know your limit. Also, ensure that you’re not overloaded with additional work tasks whenever the parenting time comes. After all, no mother wants to miss the most important events in their child’s life.

• Looked at your Loved ones. Ask yourself “ why are you doing this? You’ll be refreshed and motivated after doing that.

• No need to work for longer hours if you are a Freelance Mom. And since you are in control of your working hours. You can spend more time with them thinking about your scheduled plan as your working time basis.

Closing Remarks:

It's true that this Freelancing career plays a big role in providing and assisting my loved ones in their need. It is also a savior for those who prefer not to be tormented by the pressure of choosing between career and family. But do not forget to be balanced and moderate in doing your job.

My Observation? Freelance Moms are dedicated workers, passionate, hardworking individuals, and loyal.

So look for motivated Freelance Mom when it comes to assistance and virtual help.. and you’ll be suprise for the outcome of their hard work.
